consolidate planned activities (repair, maintenance, backlog and etc) into single event to ensure asset events are properly handled

Responsibilities:- Health Safety and Environment campaign to Product support team at site.- Equipment Health- Application Operation- Strategy Planning - Backlog Management- Monitor and review parts inventory, including critical parts availability (Vendor Held Stock) and parts forecast by Parts Operation and Distribution department and make coordination with PTTU Sumatera Head Office at Medan in order to keep the high availability of parts. - Prepare, review, and update maintenance service plan & schedule (PM & PCR)- Attend daily meeting with customer (Daily breakdown meeting) and regular safety meeting at site. - Request for Stock Order and Stock Transfer to maintain high parts availability and parts supply performance within 3 days at operation site.- Develop monthly project report (Mechanical Availability, MTTR, Mean time between stoppages (MTBS), Service Accuracy, Outstanding work in progress, budget vs revenue achievement and etc.- Invite customer to attend monthly meeting with PTTU Banda Aceh Branch, Region and Area Sum to discuss about current issues at project- Prepare, review, and update maintenance service schedule and coordinate with PTCK Scheduler - Monitor SOS (Schedule Oil Sampling) result and coordinate with PTCK Equipment Health Coordinator for action taken. - Submit monthly report to PTTU Sumatera HO about Maintenance and Repair KPI (Such as PA, MA, unscheduled breakdown, WIP Aging, budget vs actual PTTU Revenue, Parts Availability, Component rebuild TAT, parts forecast for PTCK and others).- Monitor job technician at site PT CK MFA, (Site Support Agreement, Warranty etc)
