Overall responsibilities framework:•Develop, analyst and communicate annual manufacturing cost budget for standard and non-standard costs for both chemistry plants in Indonesia•Guide the Regional Manufacturing Lead, Regional Business and Manufacturing Finance Lead and Chemistry Plant Managers by timely and accurate tracking and reporting of manufacturing costs and variances to support achievement of costs and business profitability targets•Provide leadership in achieving strong CCP / statutory compliance and internal controls in the manufacturing environment.•Be an active contributor to the manufacturing and finance communityInternal Control, Statutory & CCP compliance1. Drive PT Monagro Kimia’s controllership activities including statutory financial / tax audit/ Customs Audit2. Responsible for annual balance sheet account review,3. Responsible for the plant internal audit preparation and all issue remediation activities;4. Ensure PTMK other general compliance with FCPA and other CCP compliance policiesOther Areas1. Participate in the preparation and coordination of monthly, annual and other periodic reports to the Regional Chemistry MFG Lead to ensure all reporting requirements are met;2. Establish appropriate internal controls in all operations in Tangerang (Indonesia) 3. Be responsible for educating and assisting colleagues in setting up proper procedures, improve efficiency & produce adequate reporting;

Accounting & Finance :- Support Finance & Accounting Manager of South East Asia in areas involving the periodic reporting of Company Accounts, statutory audit and the reporting of the financial position, treasury, banking relations, and related areas of corporate finance functions.- Controlling inventory movement including conduct 6 month Stock take with Warehouse and Production- Preparation of monthly financial performance of the company to Finance & Accounting Manager of South East Asia- Coordinate , develop and analyze Financial reports, which is including :- Cost Statement ( Budget vs Actual ) per Cost Centre- Sales Analysist - Inventory Report- Liquidity Report - Daily Working Capital Report- Financial Statement Analysist- GP analysist- Sales & COGS Reconcilliation- Maintain master data of Inventory, Vendor , Asset and Costumer in system- Controlling and Monitoring AP & AR, including AP payment throught E- Banking- Coordinating with External Auditor to support Annual Audit Report B. Taxes :- Montly Tax planning & Tax Payment- Tax Reporting using E-spt : - VAT- Tax art. 21,22- Tax art. 23,26, 4 – 2- Tax Art 25/29- Coordinating with Tax Auditor from Tax office to support Yearly Audit Report ( Restitution )- Coordinating with Tax Consultant for finalizing some tax issue in Tax court.

Preparing Financial statement, Controlling AR, Cash Flow Management.

- Controlling Inventory Movement- Product Costing- Calculating New Product base on BOM ( Bill of Material ) and Labor Cost- Calculating WIP & FG- Work together with General Accounting to prepare Financial Statement- Coordinating with External Auditor to support Annual Audit Report- Preparing Monthly report including ; Actual Production Cost, Inventory Aging Report, Price List Report, R N D Cost.- Preparing Management Conference Report, including : KPI ( Key Performance Indicator ), Sales Analysis, Balance Sheet Analysis, Profit & Lost Analysis ( MTD vs Budget,MTD vs LY, YTD Vs Budget )
