OWL is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization incorporated in Georgia whose mission is to encourage social and systemic change to communities across the world by using local resources and promoting community responsibility. We use technology and research to work with youth groups, adults and institutions to implement our programs or help them create programs that are specific to their communities needs. We accomplish our work through our programs and collaborations.
