In the last company I've worked as an IT Helpdesk. PT. Wahana Sentana Baja, located in Cilegon Banten as a Krakatau Steel Group. Where this company serve a freight forwarding and cargo of a great large all of PT. Krakatau Steel and others. Such as metal, irons and other steel product. At this company, PT. WSB as well known, I have a task to maintain the whole IT subject, PC, Laptop, Netbook, Networking and peripheral absolutely. As it works normally I have to keep it run well and monitoring as if happen something wrong or the network is down, especially there was an error from internet service provider. So that my task to resolve the problem, and make sure the users to make it run well and they could work again.
