Responsibilities:• To create and update AR and AP Aging report• To recognize, preparing document and reconciliation data for invoicing• Account Payable Verification• Process accounts payable• Follow up Outstanding Account Receivable Invoice• To update and manage Account Payable Aging Report• Manage Pattycash• Reconciliation• Cash Flow• Input all financial transaction into the financial system• Analyze, monitor all the transactions and prepare financial reports for the annual budget of the company• Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time quite often on short notice by the General Manager or Senior Accountant• Managed vendor accounts, generating weekly on demand cheques• Prepared required monthly and quarterly report
