CurrentCreate scenarios to conduct functional testing on crew app and document results to ensure product meet user expectation.Serve as SME, collaborating with PO/PM to refine user stories, document acceptance criteria, manage backlogs and maintain status report for product defect resolution.Create/document test cases for automation and manage user stories in ADO.Provide production support; identify, research, recreate, document defects and collaborate with developers for resolution/Hotfix.Participate in sprint refinements, retros and daily stand ups to discuss production issues and sprint progress.Big Room Planning (BRP) participation to present team iteration goal, workload, capacity, product feature and Go/No Go items to stakeholders/leadership.Provide operation support to achieve completion factor, monitor and analyze crew related legality alerts, exercise sound judgment to proactively mitigate disruption ensuring 100% compliance with FAR (Federal Aviation Regulations) and labor agreements.Collaborate with Dispatch, Scheduling, Inflight, and Crew to manage irregular operations and flight issues by repositioning crew as needed. Investigate, resolve and document flight/crew incidents in compliance with company policies and labor agreements.
