I am a safety officer at project PT. Cheil Jedang Indonesia (Pasuruan). Mu duties are as follows: 1. Identify potential hazards and risks in the work environment. 2. Develop and implement K3 programs. 3. Carrying out K3 training and education to employees. Monitor and evaluate the K3 program. 4. Report work incidents and accidents. 5. Compile, monitor and maintain documents related to K3. 6. Carrying out investigations to analyze the causes of work accidents. 7. Connecting companies and governments.8. Make JSA, PERMIT, HIRA, condition assessment, Safety Report 9. Responsible for supervising and reminding workers so that conditions are safe and work accidents do not occur10. Preparing for implementation of work in the field 11. Organize & supervise the implementation of workers 12. Carry out the Daily Report Safety check list 13. Monitor weekly reports related to Safety 14. Inspect work equipment, labor and worker health15. Review & direct personnel to work according to obligations & SOP
