Receive and unpack all materials and supplies necessary for operation. Verify articles received against packing lists and purchase orders. Scorpio Drilling International Limited is a Sister Company to Nestoil Limited under Obijackson Group.Responsibilities As a Marine Logistics Coordinator at Scorpio Drilling International Limited.▪ Oversee all logistic/marine activities within Scorpio Drilling International Limited. . ▪ Adhere to strict compliance with all Group and Company’s QMS and Marine processes. ▪ Keep records of freshwater and AGO supply and further delivery to other vessels/facilities. ▪ Keep records of mooring equipment in use during drilling to include: time in use of equipment, average weather exerted on the equipment and general condition including the management of mooring change out requirements. ▪ Maintain records of cargo hose including the management of hose change out. ▪ Arrange and coordinate an external inspection of barges & equipment with the surveyor. ▪ Receive and maintain a record of personnel and materials received and sent to various offshore locations. ▪ Responsible for all offshore facilities, coordination of the tugboat movements, berthing and un-berthing of the tugboats, water hose connection/disconnection, bunkers hose connection/disconnection, loading of supplies and associated documentation in alignment with the Barge Master. ▪ Transport all moving containers/cargo from different ports to Warehouse, Barges, Rigs and Vessels. ▪ Coordinate the planning, organizing and scheduling of all movement of Vessel/Rig Crews.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR • Coordinate logistics activities related to procurement, funding Substantive units and humanitarian affairs. • Develop and execute logistics support policy, processes and methodologies to the general benefit of all mission units. • Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems • Involve in technical survey omissions for new assignments. • Ensure logistics requirements consider gender-specific needs. • Coordinate and present logistics support for all mode of operations. • Ensure accountable, timely and cost effective release of peacekeeping cargos along with personnel. • Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.• Develop and execute tools and methodologies to enable effective implementation of logistics plans. • Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans. • Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for new operations. • Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting.• Use moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to safely and efficient move materials/stocks around the warehouse and shipping facility.• Packaging inventory for safe shipping.• Ensure delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alert supervisors if a delay occurs or is likely.• Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.

• Act as a link between offshore vessels and company. • Monitoring of the safety management system onboard during, following up with shipboard recordings of safety drills reports, familiarization recordings, maintenance and periodic tests of all ship's equipment, safety and training meetings, orders for repairs or spare parts, Masters reviews and the internal audits. • Continuous monitoring and especially remote monitoring for the DP evaluation and review of the effectiveness of the safety management system; • Reporting and analysis of non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences; • Appropriate revisions to the SMS; and ensuring that adequate resources and shore-based support are provided to achieve all of the above. • Responsible for the overall management and logistics operations of our fleet. This includes overseeing the daily operations of maintenance and repair, budgeting, survey schedules, and onboard general assessment of vessels, inspections and docking. • Ensure the assigned vessels are technically operational or otherwise managed accordingly to the management agreement requirement.• Identify and source for technical and operational supplies required for the vessels and ensure the rates are most economical. • Provide technical assistance and advice to ships both at the home port and overseas. • Perform monthly review of logs processes and attend to vessel inspections • Monitor technical status of the vessel with relation to class cert and survey • Perform technical compliance audits and investigation on defects/failures on a regularly scheduled basis to ensure conformance • Work closely with the HSE Management team to ensure smooth and successful implementation of QHSE system and policies for the Division. • Ensure and maintain vessels’ zero loss time accident record and report all vessel incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate potential incidents.
