• Liaise with external stakeholders to identify, design and develop training programs that meets their training needs• Organize and coordinate training programs• Facilitate professional training programs• Facilitate organizational development activities such as strategic planning & team building• Source for new clients and respond to their training needs• Analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs based on identified skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed• Participate in forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization• Prepare reports on training activities and learning outcomes• Source for facilitators, assign facilitators to training programs and coordinate facilitators• Evaluate facilitator performance and the effectiveness of training programs, provide recommendations for improvement• Support strategic objectives by leading all marketing, business development and sales initiatives to identify and develop new clients and maximize sales with existing accounts• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipments• Respond to potential clients and client’s enquiries on business and training needs
