I was a part of Financial Services Office Advisory, which has a main role to advise financial services client. I spent most of my time at the firm (10 months) on the project of determining risk appetite and risk capacity of a national development bank. Risk appetite is the amount of risk, on a broad level, an organization is willing to accept in pursuit of value. It is an important thing to be considered in the process of strategy formulation. As a Senior Associate, I was leading the risk appetite stream and closely worked with two associates as my subordinate.
