Duties: • Windows Server Administration.• Managing the overall administration of LAN System involving design of network layouts, configuration and maintenance of application server.• Handling the installation and commissioning of networking equipment, computer hardware devices and software, ensuring maximum uptime.• Work closely with vendors in implementing projects from start to finish• SAP Business One Administration: License administration, creation of users and password reset, creation of password policies, authorisations, system initialisation, exchange rate setup etc.• Provide daily technical support for mails, network connectivity, system maintenance, password reset, data recovery and account set up.• Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance backups/restorative exercises (Window server backup), reviewing server logs for potential issues, as well as ensuring anti-virus software and security patches are routinely updated and functioning.• Responsible for monitoring WLAN (using Unifi controller), Smart UPs, EAS, IP cameras, etc.• Generation of key cards for access control doors and emergency exits for staff and customers.• Setup of VOIP using Grandstream android phones for internal communication using UCM IPPBX appliance for administration.• Managing the installation, configuration and maintenance of Fingertec time and attendance device
