- Source candidates for both technical and non-technical roles using various platforms to include GitHub, stack overflow, LinkedIn and other social aggregators.
- Engage with active and passive talent to expand the company’s pool of qualified candidates.Talent Advisory
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate “best criteria” and draft befitting job descriptions.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality while working closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic.
- Collaborate with marketing team and other business leaders to establish our brand as a good employer of labour and manage the company profiles on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other talent-related websites.
