I currently serve as the Regional Design Engineer for the AMZL Pacific Northwest territory, spearheading initiatives to optimize legacy systems and improve efficiency and delivery speed for Amazon customers. I am a passionate Engineer with expertise in vendor/supplier sourcing, project and program management. In the workplace health and safety (WHS) space, I successfully launched sort centers, implemented safety policies, and developed safety specialists. On the Amazon Robotics Sortable (ARS) team, I led engineering design efforts, developed ARS network solutions, and managed field audits for first-time launch quality.My career has spanned managing construction projects, wastewater and environmental engineering in Nigeria to Industrial Design in the US. Driven by a commitment to aesthetic and functional excellence, I adapt readily across engineering disciplines.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am driven to give back to my community. I volunteer with my foundation in Nigeria and have served as community engagement director with Women at Amazon and the Amazon Women in Engineering - Nashville chapters. This community involvement has been recognized through honors such as the Community Impact Award in Nashville and the Diversity Ally Award in Seattle.Overall, I am dedicated to leveraging my engineering knowledge and managerial skills to drive innovation, ensure project success, and make a positive impact in the communities I serve.
