Key Responsibilities*Targeting crops include; MAIZE, CASSAVA, COCOA, RICE, VEGETABLES among other crops*Establishing demonstration/experimental plots across the mandated state/ location.*Building a strong relationship and trust among project stakeholders; sponsors and Syngentas main customers (farmers & retailers)*Identifying and lead farmer - retailer engagement in the state/project locations*Advising, coordinating, supervising and reporting SiS activities in my location*Providing regular back stopping to lead farmers and ensuring proper execution of demo activities in mandated state/locationCollate/screen weekly/monthly field trackers/data and reports and send to the Project Manager*Ensuring real time reporting of demo events using the DoForm Application*Coordinating and lead effective execution of field days *Work jointly with commercial team to ensure that effective demand is created and fulfilled*Encourage exchange visits and sharing of knowledge within and outside the state team*Ensuring accountability and financial discipline within the state team*Support the project as at when necessaryEnsure sales of CPs worth 10 million naira.

Key Responsibilities: • Carryout household listing exercise in selected Villages (Edu L.G, Patigi L.G e.t.c.) of Kwara State, Nigeria• Complete all the data collection activities as required• Checking completed survey forms• Communicate any problems that may arise on the field to the team lead leader• Render assistance to other enumerators

Key Responsibilities:• Lay out and planning of field and screen house trials• Field and plant sampling • Nematode extraction from soil and roots with various techniques• Collection of data on field and screen house plants• Processing of samples with nematode and other plant pathogens• Isolation and identification of microorganisms using various methods• Microscopy for estimation of nematode populations in soil and plants• Selection of plant lines resistant to nematodes and other pathogens• Crop Production and Breeding
