• Arrange fresh, dried, and silk flowers and greenery to make decorative displays• Help customers select flowers and vessels, ribbons, and other accessories• Procure flowers and other products from wholesalers and suppliers to ensure that an adequate supply meets customers’ needs• Determine the type of arrangement desired, the occasion, and the date, time, and location for delivery• Recommend plants or flowers and greenery for each arrangement in accordance with the customer’s budget• Design floral displays that evoke a particular sentiment or style• Answer inquiries, take orders, and wrap arrangements• Creation varies from a single arrangement for a specific purpose or multiple displays for special occasions, such as weddings, intimate affairs, home styling or funerals• Does business tasks, such as advertising, marketing, pricing, and inventory

• Assist, record & coordinate client inquiries and calls on project requirements, design & venue details.• Attend with client to supervise technical construction meetings and make client calls for oculars and surveys of venues, and actual site inspections.• Conceptualizes events by making a creative presentation / deck consisting of mood board, styling elements, floor plans, and technical working drawings• Coordinates and liases with agent partners, brands, and clients• Monitors the budget and spends by making Bill of Materials for every specific project• Create styling checklists to source and procure for; Find suppliers, materials and, accessories• Manages the event from start to finish including handling of all clients, suppliers, liasons,production, design and 3d partners involved to ensure a fuss-free event• Make detailed technical drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD Program and coordination builds with the production department to ensure proper execution of design• Spearhead Ingress Setups of the event project up to Client turnover
