• Initiate and recommend plain vanilla and structured product investment opportunities that would enhance positive performance of portfolio using team’s rate sheet template and research/market information daily etc. • Implement Asset Management Team’s investment resolutions to trade assets and rebalance portfolio. • Ensure timely collection of interest payments, vouch collections and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure agreed portfolio target return is met and exceeded.• Provide daily report on placements/restructuring executed by engaged financial institutions. • Provide maturity/placement information to financial control team daily.• Ensure funds are available to settle trades as requested by Capital Asset and Bond Asset Analysts.• Ensure the portfolio’s documentation is accurate and complete ready for future audits/inspections.• Ensure trade proceeds and participant’s contributions are invested promptly. • Assist in training and developing colleagues. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
