• Advised senior managers on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
• Coached and advised managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, and managed the resolution of complex cases across multiple countries.
• Collaborated with managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
