On the EU ROLAC project, I was engaged to create a curriculum to teach Evidence (DATA) based Advocacy to 100 CSO staff across the 6 zones of the country. Trained over 1000 journalists on data journalism, fact-checking journalism and accountability journalism over the past 5 years.● Carried out consequential fact-checking for both the 2020 Ghana elections and 2021 Gambian elections. Executed projects and collaborations in those countries.● Collaborated with the NCDC to help intervene during Covid-19. We were also part of a global coalition that was awarded at the Paris Peace Forum to tackle misinformation on Covid-19.● Created the Information Disorder Analysis Centre (IDAC) where I led the creation of multiple research papers on information disorder and executed two editions of a research fellowship.● Executed the Centre's first West Africa information disorder conference in November 2021, with speakers from multiple countries, reps from Meta and the IFCN as well as politicians and other experts.● Trained complete rookies, hired an expert consultant and guided them to become full blown investigative journalists who have successfully published over 250 stories covering the Agricultural Sector of Nigeria.● Led the research team in the development and dissemination of monitoring and evaluation tools and support for partners in conducting M&E on the centre’s programmes.
