I was a confirmed staff and I work in the ERM/Internal control. I work in one of the subsidiaries Royal Exchange Microfinance Bank as the Internal control/Risk Management officer. My job description is calling over all transaction tickets, ensuring all staffs comply with the company's rules, whistle blowing, spot check to the clients, going out on recoveries with the recovery department, visitation to clients to ensure their capacity before disbursement and sending monthly/quarterly report to the group head ERM.

I work in the risk management dept, directly with the Assistant Manager on the CBN intervention fund. 500Billion for Power and Airline (PAIF) And 300Billion for SMEs. Basically, I file all document, capture all repayments on the banking software (Equinox), I prepare quarterly evaluation report, and go out with the team on monitoring.
