ICePP specializes in four broad policy areas: Fiscal policy (e.g., tax reforms, public expenditure reviews) Fiscal decentralization (e.g., reform, intergovernmental transfer systems, urban finance) Budgeting and fiscal management (e.g., local, performance-based, capital, and multi-year budgeting) Economic analysis and revenue forecasting (e.g., micro-simulation, time series forecasting)In my role at the Public Finance Cluster, I:• Model analytical tax estimates and prepare policy reports on Georgia’s tax expenditure evaluation (including tax credits, exemptions, and deductions); presented in January 2022• Model Georgia’s conformity provisions estimates based on the Joint Committee on Taxation federal estimates• Estimate the state of Georgia’s fiscal (tax and expenditures) figures, and prepare the rankings report [using Excel and Tableau]; published in January 2022, and 2023• Develop fiscal notes for proposed legislation in both the Georgia State House and Senate during their legislative session [January to April 2022, and 2023], by employing a variety of forecasting tools to measure the potential government revenue impact of each bill• Supported the tax evaluation team to create a research design to evaluate the effectiveness of Georgia’s tax credit for qualified research expenses• Evaluated the longitudinal study on the quality of learning outcomes of enrolling in the Georgia Pre-K program under the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) - Delegate at the 2022 World Bank Group Youth Summit with the theme "Unlocking the Power of Inclusion for Equitable Growth".

• Created an interactive visualization tool to track economic, workforce and financial policy implementation impacts on Black workers for notable economic and social indicators in the United States of America using Tableau.• Co-Coordinated Focus Groups participants for the Future of Work study by the Workforce Policy Unit targeted at Black workers in the United States of America• Analyzed the periodic impact of employment and income policies on Black workers in the United States of America, particularly between 2010 and 2021

• Surveyed and analyzed results of market shop-occupancy and participation in Birnin Kebbi Central Market on behalf of the Ministry of Commerce. The survey found that 60% of shop occupancy were non-indigenes. Among this were 10% from Eastern and Western Nigeria• Directed data collection techniques and procedures and produced guidelines for data entry• Digitalized the Birnin Kebbi Central Market database, which led to increased efficiency of internal data management
