• Negotiate, prepare, review, and administers supply chain/ procurement related contracts including: confidentiality agreements, MSA, engineering services, geotechnical, drilling services and transportation contracts.• Plan project logistics (offshore and onshore) for EPCI and other major capital projects.• Development and implementation of contracting and procurement plan.• Preparation of contract templates based on Contract scope, risks; and ensure corporate guidelines on contracting and supply chain are followed.• Ensures contract compliance including FCPA, insurance, and approval levels.• Drafts and reviews contract documents such as letters of credit, exhibits, amendment, change orders, RWEs, CWEs, AWEs, work orders, deviation requests, internal/external memos, management of change(MOC), and business case justification for exceptions.• Ensure project teams’ compliance with Project execution strategy.• Coordinate with project teams in preparation of contract exhibits, scope of work, specifications, technical contract language, pricing, and any special instructions.• Negotiate complex engineering and construction contracts and ensures project specific functional requirements are incorporated into the final documents prior to execution.• Provide contract interpretation and advice to project team members.• Provide budget and forecast information on pricing. Ensures documents are filed and auditable.• Tracks and analyzes performance metrics and savings to show progress against set targets.• Periodically review and track templates to ensure they are current throughout project duration.• Monitor timely preparation and transmittance of company generated correspondence.• Coordinates verification of approval of contract payment milestones and process for payment.• Monitor change order processes, invoice submission, document control and retention system.• Coordinate the contract conformance training for project team and 3rd party personnel.
