Designing wastewater treatment process for various industrial clients with challenging effluent streams. Main duties include P&ID development, equipment sizing, preparing equipment lists and datasheets, and commissioning.Projects include;-Commissioning and optimising containerised plant.-FEED work of wastewater plant for confidential client.-Supporting operation and optimisation of large scale plant at client site.

Prepared engineering documentation and support site staff to deliver and improve food and drink plants. Main duties included P&ID and layout develop using AutoCAD, equipment sizing and calculations, and site surveying.Project involvement;-Design and build of new Kent-based brewery.-P&ID development of sauce production plant-Expansion of a major brewing factory

Completed two six-month placements in both the Operations and Maintenance departments. Tasks included boiler and turbine routines checks, and system isolation for maintenance.Side projects include investigating cooler tower efficiency by reviewing maintenance records, and providing support for the company's plant diagrams updates.

12 months contract in the Process Studies Group providing process support to the company’s production processes through lab experimentation.Projects carried out and participated in include;-Characterising tests for a high-priority AI (active ingredients) powder suffering from poor storage-Investigative experiments on the effects of operating parameters on crystallisation.-Testing the laboratory distillation column, performing pre-commission checks and sampling for analysis.Responsible for managing monthly lab-cleaning sessions.
