Upon joining as a UX/UI designer, I significantly contributed to the product development process by crafting captivating and immersive products from inception to completion. In a short span, I swiftly got prompted to the role of UX Researcher while also being a UX/UI designer on the team within two months of my presence. Juggling multiple responsibilities due to the team's limited experience, I stretched myself to the limit, expanding my role from a mere product designer to actively engaging in sales and marketing initiatives. Taking decisive actions within the community and marketing sphere, I played a pivotal role in driving key decisions. And I independently grew the companies community comprising of 0 members before my arrival to 146 individuals in just two weeks.During my brief tenure, I orchestrated the growth of the community, surpassing the expectations of our CEO. I had 1:1 meetings with a lot of people and I taught them basic principles of marketing and sales and also how to use our platform (with no experience in any of this). The success was mind blowing. The community became more active and more members rushed in totally a count of 157. Additionally, I supported the product team as a UX/UI designer in crafting all facets of the design, including the responsiveness and aesthetics of the website, web application, and mobile app.The products went live a few months after my arrival, and the growth witnessed was nothing short of remarkable, with a staggering increase of at least 40% within the initial three months.
