• Support medical team with administrative task such as handling confidential and highly documentation, and diary management.• Support registered clinician with letters and general documentation. • Take meeting minutes as requested chaired by medical director, SMT or Ad hoc. • Organise patients notes from the medical records at request of clinician• Maintain an accurate index of all patient’s notes. • Handle all incoming mail for the department and make decisions about appropriate person to deal with it• Co-ordinate the hospital diary and whereabouts of the clinicians• Book meetings and arrange meetings and conference calls.

• Organize and maintain files and database in a confidential manner.• Support safe practice, effective risk management and accurate recording by monitoring and checking quality assurance process• Complete audits to ensure compliance in-branch with regulations and CQC, relating to the delivery of quality and safe services to all clients and care staff• Check safeguarding/compliant documentation; creating action plan on finding and offer support for auditing completion• Organise employees and trainers for a face-to-face training for all our new and current employees

• Provide high quality and consistent HR administration support to managers and employees.• Administer HR and recruitment activities such as placing job adverts, co-ordinating interviews, ensuring pre-employment check are completed and sending letters of appointment and contracts.• Ensure employee records, both paper-based and electronic, are up to date and accurate.• Deal with inbound calls and resolve client enquiries, issues and complaint.• Maintain accurate records and enters data efficiently without mistakes• Conduct research and complies data into the database.• Undertake administrative duties such as replying emails, maintaining accurate filling systems and maintain a safe healthy and supportive environment.
