With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and driven talent acquisition partner at Al-Futtaim, a leading diversified conglomerate in the Middle East. I have an MBA in HR from Coventry University and extensive skills in HR operations and hiring. I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles across the group, as well as managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. I also support the HR manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the group's vision, mission, and values. In my previous roles, I have successfully led and executed HR projects and programs for Switz Group, Dhamani Jewels, Ajmal Perfumes, Patchi, O2, and Jet Airways, covering areas such as performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
