As an engineer, there's nothing more satisfying than a problem to solve. That is why I added two emphases and a minor onto my already set degree path of construction management. Two concentrations and a minor of economics, a pursuit of membership at the Chartered institute of Procurement and Supply and many great work experiences have armed me with a plethora of expertise and a well rounded education for my chosen career focus of real estate development. I like to see the overall picture of a project and tackle it detail by detail, from inception and planning, to binding agreements, to execution management and control, I am there to work it through. Again problem solving drives me to accomplish and as a 16 year old, Egyptian boy, I was awarded an opportunity to study in an American high school for one year by the U.S. Department of State. It was a rigorous process of candidate selection of 50 students from Egypt to be representatives of the Eastern culture across the states. In that year, my global perspective grew through my education and experience with an american host family. I continued to build on that experience at the American University in Cairo, and now as an Engineer and a working professional, my diverse background allows me to see projects through a lens of intellect and focus, with an eagerness to learn and progress.
