Head of Retail Assets Operations,During my service in DIB, I have been promoted as a unit head after a short period of time and start leading a team in the Real Estate Operations and enhance the Operations procedures . After 2 years of Real Estate Operations , management has assigned me a new responsibility in Heading Corporate Assets Operation which last for another 2 years , recently i had assigned by the management to take the responsibility of Retail Assets Operations Department . Main responsibilities

Real Estate Operations Assist the Head of Operations in preparing a comprehensive and long-range operational business plan covering all the Operational activities of the department.Setting strategies and plans and assure directing all activities toward achieving the management targets.Supervising the development and implementation of any new system in order to achieve a full automation of related processing.Process reengineering and resources evaluation in order to assure efficient use of available resources and assure the competent of the existing resources including the manpower capacity and efficiency.Ensure that Operations are performed in a systematic, disciplined approach and with proficiency and due professional care.Ensure that staffs working under my supervision possess the knowledge, skills, and other competencies needed to perform their individual responsibilities, including sufficient knowledge to identify the indicators of fraud.Ensure adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and risk management processes in day-to-day operations.Main achievements in DIB :Restructuring the departments to enhance service with increase control efficiency. The process includes reengineering the procedures and evaluates the existing resources in order to develop or replace the weaknesses with qualified ones. Restructuring and process reengineering lead to reduce the manpower by 25% and reduce the processing TAT by 50%Setting the control requirements of the assets modules in a core banking system, identify all system requirements for developing the modules, specifying and checking results of testing scenarios. Also I was the Assets Team leader in implementation of the new core banking system.

The role during the establishment period was much more than performing the Banking practice r.
