My thesis was titled ‘Tech Innovation: Technology, Customer and Partner’ (case study - Elonroad Sweden), and during my studies I covered wide-reaching topics, including technology strategy, industrial management, purchasing, marketing and business analysis.Most recently I headed up a regional technical operations team on behalf of micro-mobility disruptor TIER Mobility. I set and orchestrated delivery of the regional maintenance and repair plan that was integral to the wider objectives of the business. While in post, I supported growth in the Middle East while championing a great customer experience, promoting a data-led approach and driving continuous improvement of the technology offer. During tenure I collaborated with directors on projects and influenced critical business decisions. I was recognized by leadership for my fast thinking in the face of problems and quality enhancement efforts. As part of my remit, I federated a broad stakeholder network and I was notably acknowledged by the Dubai Police.Earlier in my career I worked as an IT technician, providing multifaceted technical support to big-name corporates and governmental organizations. I have significant experience in customer-facing roles. With superb communication and interpersonal skills, I can quickly build rapport and translate customer requirements into solutions. With an engaging and supportive management style, I maximize the performance and productivity of teams while promoting a positive culture.
