Leading The Project of The Medical Commission Unit of QRCS and Supreme Council of Health where all the communication and Integration of the Business Process has been fully automated successfully As I have designed and Developed the computationally intensive, Scalable and Integrated Infrastructure along with The Hospital Information System which has been Integrated with PACS , RIS and Laboratory Machines through The Interface Engine where all the Expats Records are transferred through the Government Network with Supreme Council of health and main medical Commission .Responsible for Defining and oversee the Implementation of a centric Clinical Information System (CIS) for The Medical Centers based and compliance to HIE and HIPPA Standards.Provides overall project leadership, management and oversight to the project delivery team through the entire project’s life cycle and ensures closure on time, within budget and meets the projects’ objectives. Establish an appropriate and cost effective information systems strategy to support business strategy and growth plans. and Lead the development of annual and rolling budgets related to application systems for business areas in line with business specific IT strategy.

I have been assigned to Re Allocate the Zone office Infrastructure from Jordan to Lebanon by Establishing and implementing information technology systems and equipment as I have analyzed the needs for the installation of IT and telecommunications equipment, taking into account existing systems and applications, and using existing Federation standards and Develop plans to meet these needs. The most consistent Achievement with the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC) in Geneva where I designed their cloud infrastructure to be rolled out globally on a national basis. Implemented the first cloud in Jordan and negotiated deals on a regional level (MENA) for the IFRC with AMD, IBM and Dell. Solution had to be automated as well as robust and simple to use and to train for the smaller offices with less expertise.

Responsible for establishing and implementing relevant information technology systems and equipment within Middle East and North Africa Zone (MENA).oversee the provision of information Technology services to zone offices and control of all secretariat information technology issues Within the operational zone.Dealing with: Contracts and Agreements, IT and Telecom Procurement, Service Desk services for the Zone. ITIL Processes and Management, Capacity Building, Disaster Response, Policies and Procedures , IS Infrastructure Unit Policies and Procedures , Microsoft /Cisco Technologies , Backup Technologies, Security: Firewall, Antivirus and Mission Control, Active Directory: Network and User Management ,Computer Images , Backup and Restore Techniques , Zone Office IT Infrastructure for Amman ( Project Manager ) , Network management and design (LAN and WAN, Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plans , SharePoint: Governance and Procedures, WebEx\Polycom and Video Conferencing Tools ,TCP-IP technology and operations, Network analysis, apply current Technologies and Capacity planning and management, Troubleshooting and end to end network engineering, Cisco VoIP / IP Telephony and Video Conferencing . ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the Company.
