·Administrative Support to the Director and staff, respond and route tech support tickets, monitor social media channels, package handling, event planning assistance, telephone service requests, maintain and audit keys and U Cards. ·Prepare monthly resource usage documents, order supplies, telephone service requests, scheduling meetings, maintain online staff directories, email listing, and nameplates, manage U Card access to labs and Supercomputing Institute.·Handle customer issues and provide solutions, assist with job candidate accommodations, and arrange facility tours with tech staff.
