Key Responsibilities:• Euc support engineer’s role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading, all hardware, and equipment ( including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers, and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user assistance where required.• Installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop/laptops/workstations/computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving network printers etc.• To assist in producing standard configurations, documentation and procedures in order to streamline processes and produce efficiencies• Follow proper documentation, change management process and updating of inventory for of software and hardware.• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.• Researching and identifying solutions to resolve EUC issues.• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.• Perform general preventive maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment. • Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.• Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements.• Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels.• Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory

• Domain migration activity/security patching/Provide IT support to Laptop and Desktop users/Cisco video Conference call setup.• Assign laptop new user/Resetting passwords/Windows & software Installation/ Configured Wireless network/Maintain PR form/coordination with network team.• Resolving hardware and software issues of 16 branches and Regional office relating helpdesk portal/phone and emails within TAT remotely.• Deploying new Branches and Configure Whole branch systems and devices including all IT Infrastructure.• Conversing with ISPs and make sure the working of links.• Maintaining Laptop inventory MIS countrywide with Tag # and Sr # and updated it day by day.• Prepare MIS including all types of Desktop, thin client, FAT client machines of whole region.• Cooperate with the Security Team and resolve cameras issue/Visit Data Center/resetting device and server for smooth working and follow up till the resolution.

Key Responsibilities:  Handle Collateral Auction process;  Organize complete auction;  Making verification team outstation allownces and incentives. Collateral Auction data completion (maintain record, Deposit slip + gold bags + Shroff slips);  Collateral Auction MIS data sharing with other departments;  Shroff verification;  Employee verification; Maintaining monthly and annual report of verification team. Shroff performance evaluation;  Handling New Shroff hiring process;  Maintaining Collateral MIS;  Responsible for looking after end to end process of inducting Shroff;  Monitoring shroff’s Team and ensures that the team does not indulge in any form of corruption and practices;  Coordinate with CQA to carry out the reevaluation of the gold exercise;  Coordinate with branch to arrange sale of collateral of delinquent Emergency Loans as per procedure and process approved by the Management
