Senior Field Service Engineer
CurrentKey Responsibilities: As the Head of Field Service Operations in the Medical Laboratory Diagnostics Division, specializing in Immunology, Hematology, and Point-of-Care Instruments, my key responsibilities include:• Managing and providing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and qualifications of instruments.• Proactively minimize service calls by planning, scheduling, and performing regular preventive maintenance at customer sites, ensuring uninterrupted equipment functionality.• Conducting comprehensive customer application training sessions to ensure optimal utilization of the equipment.• Effectively managing spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability and minimize downtime.• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, on-time remote and on-site servicing solutions.• Supervising and leading a team of service engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.• Providing technical training to service engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.• Coordinating closely with the manufacturer technical support team to address complex technical issues and ensure seamless operation of equipment.• Promote company products and support team sales efforts, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and successful marketing strategies.
