To perform major functions related to HR:* Development of Policies, SOP, SLA & Feedback Forms.* Development of Attendance & Leave Management System* Ensure timely processing of Group Payroll* Development & Implementation of Performance Management System* Employee Relations, Development of Selection & Recruitment CriteriaTo perform major functions related to Administration:•Heading the Department Administration with overall responsibility of developing and managing the Administration of the organization including project staff.•Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and Employee services•Discipline maintenance & Employee Relationship management•Managing general administration matters.•Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, welfare employee services and counseling•To fulfill any other assignment given by the top management.•Managing account receivable/creditors book•Presenting cheques and ensuring that payments are timely debited.•Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings•To look after House keeping, Warehouse Security, Transportation.

• Monitors the execution of well-planned induction programs to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster.• Identifies critical employee training needs across the Company, designs the annual training calendar supervises its execution and monitors the effectiveness of training.• Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions.• Ensures systems and processes support the Company strategy appropriate staff member. • Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensure vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources.• Initiates and participates in the selection process to select the most suitable• Internal/external candidates for senior leadership positions.• Formulates policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company.• Monitor& track productivity levels across the organizations.• Sets standards through bench-marking/best practices.
