United States, No. 17-9560.-Draft and file petitions for writ of certiorari to, and appellate briefs in the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on behalf of indigent criminal defendants, with special emphasis on issues involving the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments, statutory interpretation, United States Sentencing Guidelines and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.-Present oral argument before the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, arguing over a dozen cases.-Draft memoranda and motions in the District Court for the Middle District of Florida on various criminal law and sentencing issues, and argue said memoranda and motions before the district court.-Research complex legal issues and provide appellate level support to trial attorneys in pre-trial hearings, trial matters and sentencing proceedings.-Provide training and make presentations to staff attorneys and panel attorney members of the criminal justice act panel.
