Which aided in the avoidance of past practice of converting PR to LPO on weekly or monthly basis. Total savings of 10% for year 2019 Improved the process and tendering of rental chiller requirements of EAGUAE by introducing new suppliers. Changed the past practice of issuing LPO after taking services to Contract before season. Achieved an overall savings of 20% in year 2019-21 Finalized framework agreements for all EAG rental vehicle & equipment requirements by fixing the prices for whole year. Which resulted in smooth hiring of necessary equipment and off hiring of unnecessary ones, identification of continuous rental machines and suggestion of buying CAPEX with a total savings of 15% Managed to reduce continuous labor outsource expense by 8% for the year 2020 By strategic sourcing reduced the cost of CAPEX purchases by 22% for year 2020
