Finding best technical solutions for the problems that occur on site. Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard. Complete responsibility to decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems.

Developing project baselines, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation/ deviation proposals, claims, etc.Interpreting contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of technical / financial problems for management reporting.Coordinating with other Departments Like Plumbing, Fire Fighting and HVAC SystemAnchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.Preparing site work instructions and attending site co-ordinate meetings with consultants & client.Supervising site installation works of cables, transformers, switchgears & other electrical equipment as per client’s requirements.Preparing as built drawings, reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for installation & commissioning of the equipment; reviewing &analyzing sub contractor's change order proposals.Reviewing and finalizing vendor documents; conducting factory acceptance tests at vendor premises and expediting delivery.Preparing pre-commissioning and commissioning documents/ checklists and necessary support for commissioning activities.Preparing & submitting the shop drawings to the Consultants; responsible for material submission to the consultant / client for approval.Responsible for estimation of electrical works including ELV systems, BOQ and tender documents.Designing Electrical Power, Lighting, Earthing / Lightning Protection & ELV Systems according to the specifications and regulations.Finalizing the ELV system vendors as per specifications and local regulations, procuring material/equipment.Close out documentations and Final Handing Over
