I performed the following duties on site and in design by working in Simode Consulting Private Limited Pakistan.  Defined, Developed and Reviewed the Mechanical and Plumbing plans to ensure the smooth project life cycle. Coordinated with the design team as per site requirements, contractors, suppliers and clients to achieve the maximum output. Reviewed and commented on Submittals from the suppliers as per design requirements and schedules. Calculated heating loads using… Show more I performed the following duties on site and in design by working in Simode Consulting Private Limited Pakistan.  Defined, Developed and Reviewed the Mechanical and Plumbing plans to ensure the smooth project life cycle. Coordinated with the design team as per site requirements, contractors, suppliers and clients to achieve the maximum output. Reviewed and commented on Submittals from the suppliers as per design requirements and schedules. Calculated heating loads using Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) software, geographical data and by using ASHRAE Standards. Inspected the installed PPR pipes for water supply through hydrostatic pressure tests. Inspected the installed cupper pipes by nitrogen pressure tests. Inspected the ducts by light tests to detect the air leakage. Inspected the installed Soiled and Waste UPVC pipes by Gravity test. Ensured the design and installation of plumbing pipes by using proper IPC codes. Drafted the MEP shop and as built drawings using AutoCAD software. Created the Architectural Revit models by importing the 2D CAD drawings and then used the architectural model for modeling the MEP services. Regularly conducted meetings with the client.
