ADVANZ PHARMA is a private equity owned specialty pharmaceutical company with a strategic focus on complex medicines in Europe that is committed to improving the lives of patients by enhancing the critical medicines they depend on.● Lead role in the successful $4 billion recapitalisation of the company in 2018. Transaction included a raise of $586.5m of new equity, a debt reduction of $2.4 billion and reduction of annual cash interest of $170m. ● Streamlined operating structure by closing multiple offices and relocating work to COE in India, reduced OPEX by ~20% and helped stabilise the base business. ● Set strategic direction, lead on acquisitions and returning the business to top line growth in 2020. Led the acquisition and integration of a loss making publicly traded company. Executed synergy plan which removed over $10m of operating costs and turned the business profitable within its first quarter with ADVANZ. ● Key leadership role in successful exit of shareholders in 2021 and public to private sale of the business to a private equity fund managed by Nordic Capital. Company lead on $1.3 billion debt raise to support acquisition by Nordic. ● Post acquisition by Nordic led a debt raise of €150m (oversubscribed and upsized to €175m) to prefund acquisition opportunities and executed a £15m cost take out plan via reduction of head count and transferring of roles to our India COE.

● AMCO was a private equity owned business headquartered in London operating in 90+ markets globally. Concordia acquired AMCO from Cinven in October 2015 and became Concordia's International segment. ● I was promoted to CFO of Concordia’s largest business segment leading a global team encompassing commercial finance, accounting, reporting, IT and business intelligence. 425+ employees, global operations and sales in 90+ markets.

● Early stage employee of a private specialty pharmaceutical start-up. Played a key role in taking the company public on the Toronto Stock Exchange and cross listing on NASDAQ. ● Finance lead for all acquisitions, equity and debt offerings. Concordia completed 6 acquisitions over a two year period, financed by Equity, Term Loans, Senior Notes and Bonds.● Led implementation of Concordia’s finance system (MS Dynamics) and held overall responsibility for the company’s continuous disclosure requirements related to the TSX and NASDAQ.

Expatriate assignment based in New Delhi. Directed finance team of 25 encompassing Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Reporting, Credit, Treasury, Tax, Legal and Administration Selected Achievements:● Supported the business in achieving Domestic Distribution revenue growth with our lead vendor partner of 66% in 2012. ● Successfully managed Gross Product Profit % to exceed budget despite devaluation of local currency by over 10% during the year. Achieved via effective vendor negotiations and price management. ● Enhanced focus on A/R collections and monitoring of aged inventory to effectively manage working capital. Negotiated payment plans with vendors to stretch DPO.● Overhauled monthly management reporting to focus on margin contribution by Brand and Sales Teams. Enhanced reporting provided management with appropriate data to implement restructuring and an overall headcount reduction of approximately 25% during 2012.● Led IT projects to automate manual approval processes around customer credits and vendor debit notes. Implemented automated employee expense claims and reimbursement solution.● Worked with A/R insurance company to support business with enhanced credit limits, particularly with Large Format Retailers. Led to competitive advantage for BPI in South India. ● Following Ingram Micro’s global acquisition of BrightPoint, successfully integrated BPI’s Delhi based finance team into IM’s operations based in Mumbai and handed over my responsibilities to Ingram Micro's local leadership team in India.

● Expatriate assignment based in Beijing with responsibility for facilitating Nortel’s wind up of operations across Asia. ● Leading a complex project to repatriate cash in Nortel's Asian entities to filed estates in the United States, Canada and the EU. Cross functional assignment spanning accounting, inter-company settlements, treasury, tax, and legal. ● Direct leadership of a team of 12 finance professionals charged with resolving complex issues around inter-company trading positions and cash repatriation between companies under bankruptcy protection.● Ownership for tax review and treasury payment process● Negotiations with legal and financial representatives of North American filed estates.● Engagement and leadership of outside consultants and experts as required.

COMMERCIAL FINANCE / PLANNING & ANALYSIS / M&A EXPERIENCE● Expatriate assignment with joint venture between Nortel and LG Electronics with control and commercial responsibilities.● Successfully motivated team through challenging IT transition, continuous change and sale of the company.● Overhauled all internal reporting and analytics performed by team, improving quality and timeliness for senior management.● Developed comprehensive cash flow and financial statement forecasting model for the business which produced an integrated set of Financial Statements● Tracked working capital and cash for reporting to senior management.● Advised CFO on budget reviews. FINANCIAL & PROJECT ACCOUNTING / CONTROL / IT SOLUTIONS EXPERIENCE● Overall responsibility for high risk area of revenue recognition under US GAAP and IFRS. Interpreting and applying accounting guidance to complex customized projects. ● Led month-end / quarter-end close process● Led project accounting team. ● Design and successful implementation of an Oracle based Contract Ledger system. Automation of an error-prone and manual revenue process. ● Reworked contracts with the over 100 of the JV’s Enterprise channel partners and established fair value (VSOE) under US GAAP. Result was an increase in revenue of approximately $25m USD per quarter.● Eliminated SOX deficiencies and drove process changes to improve internal control environment and internal audit rating. ● Recipient of the LG-Nortel Silver Award and the Nortel CFO Award. ● Leader of the JV’s Finance People Council

● Co-founder of a consulting and technology solutions firm that assisted companies in leveraging the full potential of their internal and external data to evaluate and improve business performance. ● Successfully designed and implemented a Demand Forecasting Solution for a $100 million company in the Frozen Meal Replacement business. Solution improved overall forecast accuracy by 400%. ● Led consulting engagements to optimize pricing and trade promotion strategy for a number of top consumer packaged goods brands in Canada. Proposed recommendations enabled increases in category profitability of up to 11.5%. ● Played a lead role in the preparation of proposals, business cases, presentations, negotiations, and “Proof of Concept” reports for business development purposes.
