In 2007, I transitioned to the Saif Group of Companies, where I have led numerous financial initiatives, such as:Financial Reporting: Ensured transparent and accurate financial reporting across diverse company portfolios.Tax Management: Optimized tax strategies and maintained regulatory compliance.Investment & Project Management: Conducted feasibility studies and investment appraisals, and led the successful launch of M/s EcoCem Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., a pioneering solid waste recycling initiative.Corporate Governance: Instituted robust governance practices and nurtured a culture of compliance.As Chief Financial Officer at EcoCem Pakistan, I led the launch and operations of a major environmental sustainability project.
