Conducted internal audits for Secureism under ISO 27001:2022 and for the client F3 Group of Technologies, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 27001 (ISMS), and ISO 20000-1 (ITSM) standards. Prepared the organization for successful surveillance external audits for the three ISO certifications.  Verified and enhanced processes and documentation to meet ISO requirements, ensuring continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.  Led the transition of F3 Group of Technologies from ISO 27001:2013 to ISO 27001:2022.  Recreated the Statement of Applicability (SOA) according to the 2022 version of ISO 27001 standards.  Developed new policies and procedures to align with the 11 new controls introduced in ISO 27001:2022.  Conducted awareness training sessions for ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000-1.  Performed gap assessments to align client’s existing policies with the transition from ISO 27001:2013 to ISO 27001:2022 standards.
