Responsibilities for Warehouse:-Operated and directed activities in warehouse operation.-Establish more accurate inventory system.-Keep warehouse staff fully informed about new changes/arrivals.-Conduct capacity planning and provide input to manufacturing regarding anticipated machine or manpower capacity issues.-Control of Product & material inventory through oracle 9i and 11i-Responsible for Logistics & transfer of material to other locations by GMP.-Evaluation of Cost Control Factors.Responsibilities for Production Planning:-Create and maintain a master schedule that supports business forecast, including establishing lead-times, lot sizes and safety stocks.-Responsible for over all blend (production) operation.-Manage production planning staff and scheduling of material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.-Monthly / Weekly planning according to the sales/production forecast requirements-Production Planning through ERP (enterprise resource planning).-Align the export & institutional order requirements.-Monitors, analyzes & reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.-Analyze demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks and recommend actions for resolution.-Develop scheduling system, formulated production plan that optimized output against service target.-Conduct and co-ordinate the planning meeting to analyze manufacturing resources and material availability against customer/sales demand.-Member of zonal HSE team and emergency response team.-Responsible for implementation and compliance of OHS controls in the designated zone.-QMS / OHS internal auditor.-Initiative and achieve assembling of three blending plants (Plot 10, plot 153 and Raiwind factory) with storage capacity of 500 tons (Design layouts on the floor implementation and managing blending operations solely).
