Additionally, I am tasked with developing policies and strategies that will guide the project's material management practices in conjunction with the procurement manager.Moreover, in alignment with the overall construction plans and timelines, I am responsible for establishing the material control plan and the Site Materials Control Procedures in partnership with the Procurement Manager. I also manage the budget, having contributed to its formulation as required.

1. Coordination of quantity verification for all incoming materials is based on delivery notes. It is essential to maintain a comprehensive record of both incoming and outgoing materials. Specifications must be checked to ensure the completeness of incoming materials. A Material Inspection Report (MRIR) should be generated accordingly. Coordination also involves segregating materials according to drawings and affixing appropriate tags. Inventory management is crucial, and familiarity with material storage methods is required. All record-keeping processes are computerized, and proficiency in the material tracking system is necessary. Reports must be prepared for any damaged materials, and correspondence with the maintenance and purchasing teams is essential. Coordination with the logistics team regarding incoming materials is also required. A materials shortage list for all areas of Project CCPP 2 should be prepared. Assistance should be provided to service companies concerning their inventory and requirements, including load-out and backload processes. Verification of new materials must be conducted through proper logistical documentation, along with visual inspections and SAP entry for goods receipt. Material issue and return forms must be completed prior to issuing materials to service companies. Return forms should be updated to reflect backload checks with the respective service companies, followed by obtaining signatures from them. Inventory maintenance remains a priority.
