• Handled the Data team with 130 FTE’s across 5 clients in various processes (Demo Charge, Payments, Coding, and Prelisting).• Ensuring the DATA team is adequately staffed across each client based on the actual volumes received & planning of staffing for expected new clients.• Ensuring that Client SLA's are met with regards to Turnaround Time, Accuracy Levels.• Ensuring all DATA agents / PA's / ATL's meet the required daily productivity / quality based on the progression chart.• Working with the agents not meeting the productivity / quality targets, ensuring they are counseled & trained accordingly with the assistance of the QA Head with appropriate POA.• Implementation & Evaluation of Effectiveness of POA.• Ensuring that ALL BILLING UPDATES are discussed by the GL's/ATL's with the team & the CSS / QA Head double checks if everyone understands the same & are tested• Ensuring that the audit process happens on a daily basis, monitoring the works of QC agents, reviewing the trackers and logs randomly.• Planning the works, maintaining the team’s productivity report, Quality reports, Client logs, Error reports from the clients and feedbacks received from the clients.• Helping out the team members on the clarifications related to Medical Billing domain.

• Handled the Account receivables team of 60 FTE’s across 5 clients (4Dmed, MBR, MDR, CPC and LBS)• Weekly Review of Claims received across each client and directing the Leads to put a plan in place for addressing claims based on client’s priority.• Ensuring the VOICE team is adequately staffed across each client based on the actual volumes received & planning of staffing for expected new clients.• Ensuring all VOICE agents / PA's / ATL's meet the required daily productivity / quality based on the progression chart.• Working with the agents not meeting the productivity / quality targets, ensuring they are counseled & trained accordingly with the assistance of the QA Head with appropriate POA.• Implementation & Evaluation of Effectiveness of POA.• Planning the works, maintaining the team’s productivity report, Quality reports, Error reports from the clients and feedbacks received from the clients.• Weekly review of 120+ and High Dollar claims across all clients and implementing plan to address the same.• Making sure the outstanding days in AR are under control across all clients and if it is beyond, then responsible to provide a proper POA and monitoring the implemented process.• Helping out the team members on the clarifications related to Medical Billing domain.• Worked on Lytec, SequelMed, NextGen, Citrix MicroMD, and Horizon software.

• Handled the Account receivables team of 20 FTE’s (4DMED/ LBS Providers)• Monitoring day to day workflow (production & quality) & reporting the progress of the team to the Management.• Reporting to the project manager with regards to the regular queries.• Monitoring the Process Associate deliverables on daily/ weekly basis. • Sending reports (production, quality, client weekly production commitment) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to Client.• Making sure the outstanding days in AR are under control and if it is beyond, then responsible to provide a proper POA and monitoring the implemented process.• Motivating the team in increasing the qualitative performance.

• Working on the aging claims based on client’s requirement, calling up insurance companies to follow up on the submitted charges. • Working on the electronic rejections, denial EOBS & other correspondence received from the insurance companies.• Working on the modifier related issues • Allocation of the claims to the agents, clarifying the doubts & helping them in working on the aged claims.• Maintaining 100% quality on the work that the agents do. Cross verify the information’s that the agent has obtained. • Consolidating the monthly quality reports & sending across to the client with the Team leader’s approval.

• Analyzing claims in detail and making calls to insurance companies on status of submitted charges.• Working on rejections and denial EOBs, contacting insurance companies for further explanation on denials and underpayments.• Ensure accurate and timely follow up when required.• Documentation of notes and taking appropriate actions in billing software.• Worked on Citrix software.
