- Resolve any unexpected issues that could affect guest's experience by quickly learning new skills as needed, and communicating with teammates to execute the best possible solution when time is limited- Repair clogged or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage or sewer backup.- Troubleshoot issues with wells and well equipment.- Maintain HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control functioning properly.- Repair electrical systems and replace receptacles and switches as needed.- Troubleshoot problems with internet, networking equipment, and TV's.- Control insects, rodents, and other pests by placing repellents, poison, or traps as needed.- Repair furniture including chairs, tables, bed frames, and couches.- Troubleshoot pool equipment and maintain spas, fountains, and other small water features.- Drywall repair and touch up paint when walls are damaged or worn.- Repair appliances, including dishwashers, washer/dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and barbecues.- Perform a wide variety of routine tasks around houses such as changing light bulbs, air filters, testing/fixing smoke detectors, window, door, or wall, or repair.
