The Design Engineer Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of design engineers and guiding them through the development and execution of various engineering projects. This role involves both technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively while meeting quality standards and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of design engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Technical Oversight: Review and provide technical guidance on design concepts, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

designing the CKD of sound proof parts with the use of Solidworks, Auto-Cad, CNC programming, Inventor. etc.• Basic layouts, arrangements and design, selection of material and equipment, and ensure compliance with Company standard• Prepare scale drawings and/ or schematic diagrams of products and components.• Responsible for the accuracy of layouts and details, dimensions, tolerance, specifications, bills of material and other related data shown on engineering drawings for assemblies, arrangements and layouts for varied products and components• To ensure that Company products are in compliance with industry codes, standards and regulations• To provide design calculations and interpret customer specifications to assure that equipment meets customer and code requirement.• Also design and supervise productions of generator sound proofing parts. Such as Electrical Enclosure, Circuit Breaker panels, all fabrication. Load Bank project, Substation design, and Supervision.
