FriluftsLEADERSHIP joins together our human desire to explore our surroundings with deep and masterful experiential leadership.We love the great outdoors and the positive effect it has on our health; we understand how it opens the mind to learning, how it creates opportunities for a shared experience and how, with effective coaching, it can be a powerful tool to support our learning and development.Our team understands what it takes to lead, we are not perfect and constantly seek to improve. Our experience has been honed through technical training coupled with hard learnt lessons developed in extreme conditions worldwide. Like many, we have experienced those common challenges of language, cultures, altitude, explosions, random deadlines, budgets, weather, politics and personalities.... well, maybe not the explosions! So we have joined the two elements of outdoors and leadership to create unique opportunities to develop the person and the team to be more effective in this modern world.We have a passion for developing character, that inner powerful engine that drives and shapes how see the world, how we think, approach challenges and drives our actions. Character is the bedrock for how we respond to the world around us and it can be awakened, realised and embraced with my team.

Aktiv provides summer glacial experiences, winter ski and avalanche training and all year coaching to aspiring leaders. Aktiv also supports industry leaders in crisis management and core skills development.

Orange Bothy Leadership provides training and coaching in leadership and life skills. Our team pulls together influences from the military, academic and adventure worlds in order to help you develop a tool kit of life skills. We talk emotions, relationships, communication styles, leadership, psychology and team building.

I provide guide support for organised trips Worldwide for Jagged Globe and other travel providers. This is a contracted support role that optimises my mountaineering skills and leadership development interests for premier clients.
