CurrentWhen I joined Volotea, the company was in its infancy and did not even have its own offices. As funding materialised, I spearheaded the creation of an elite IT team. Together we designed and implemented Volotea's entire technological backbone, from operational systems to sales channels. Today, Volotea's website and app stand out globally for their innovative positioning tactics, design, usability, performance and conversion rates, and have won numerous awards.At the same time, I took the lead in setting up the customer service department. This involved recruiting a dedicated team, setting up customer service centres and developing comprehensive customer experience and service quality management processes. As a result of these efforts, Volotea's Net Promoter Scores (NPS) are among the highest in Europe.My journey with Volotea continued with the management of the marketing departments. This included performance marketing, advertising, brand development, communications, social media and content strategy. Under my leadership, the Volotea brand has achieved remarkable recognition, particularly in France and Italy, and is one of the most cost-effective campaigns compared to first class airlines.These milestones reflect the unwavering commitment and expertise of a world-class team that has been an integral part of our journey for over a decade.
