I leveraged using TypeScript, React and Django API data, to build and refine an instant online quoting feature, which required signatures from a client and a contractor to take effect, thereby providing a PDF response helping to boost transparency for users and contract start time.Due to large volume of application revamp and participating in static pages migration to Gatsby, I integrated APIs from various Django based endpoints to display diverse fencing styles, enhancing user engagement, hereby working extensively with UX designer and product team to craft intuitive interfaces using SASS and CSS for responsive design, Especially on the Homepage and other static related pages.I occasionally created optimisation and refactoring tickets to increase page load time on our web application through efficient JavaScript and React practices. For example I reduced the use of loading google map library on all page by ensuring it is loaded only from pages where it's needed. I created a separate service using AWS lambda to ensure every employee can get their google email signature card. I also created a thesaurus/help bot, integrated with our communication channel alongside AWS lambda and open AI API.Due to our large customer base of over 15,000 satisfied customers and a rating of 4.7 across 5,000+ public reviews, I Integrated customer feedback into development process with high priority when communicated from product management, leading to iterative platform improvements.
