Lead Hse Engineer
Current1.Developing an HSE plan in coordination with HSE Coordinator &HSE Manager.2. Ensure all permit are available for works on sire and all safety precaution are taken.3.Ensuring Risk Assessment /Job Hazard Analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive /control measure are in place . This activity is to be coordinated with the QA/QC Engineer.4. Imparting adequate training /awareness of HSE system / regulations especially safety for all personnel on site including subcontractors in coordination with Site HSE Team.5. Ensuring Emergency Procedures are prominently displayed and known.6.Ensuring First Aid Facilities are available on site.7. Ensuring all personnel are wearing Personnel Protective Equipment as per regulations.8.Monitoring Safety Complaints and following up with site team for close out.9. Ensuring Preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non-conformance.10. Interaction with COMPANY for monitoring Safety Performance, Weekly Reporting and documentation.11. Prompt reporting of all accidents on site and investigation/ Assistance during investigation.12.Carrying out HSE Inspections/ Audits on site and reporting status and effectiveness of the system.13. Weekly Safety Performance Reporting and documentation to COMPANY and to Head Office.14.Ensuring work breaks are adhered to: sufficient drinking water and other welfare facilities are available.15. Ensure heat stress campaigns are carried out and work force is monitored for heat stress related symptom. 16. Follow up all actions different HSE activities (HAZOP, audits accident. incidents investigation, inspections etc) until completion and report any major deviations. 17. Orgarnise emergency evacuation drills.18. Attends all task risk Assessment meetings.19.Arranges the periodic HSE Meeting and reports the minutes of the meeting.20. Monitor and coordinates all activities of HSE teams.
