Raising GRN on SAP (Good Received Note) and post all materials issued to production (i.e. cartons, wrapper, flour, utilities items, Palm oil spare parts etc) on SAP. 2. Preparing material requisitions and forwarding same to management for approval and purchase. 2. Receiving of purchased items and checking same against approved material requisition as well as waybills and cash sales invoices. 3. Posting of purchased items on Bin cards, placing them on their shelves according to their identity and categorization. 4. Making photocopy of invoices and waybills and forwarding original copies to the accounts department for payment processes.5. Weekly stock checking of items both physically and against the bin cards. 6. Ensuring that the store is neat and items well kept at all times. 7. Issuing of store items to various departments/companies upon receipt of approved requisition vouchers. 9. Ensuring that physical balances are consistent with the inventory stock level on the SAP software,) and Microsoft Dynamix (AX 2009). 10. Preparing daily reports, monthly reports and stock reconciliation with book value.

I was employed on 6th May 2009 as a Quality Control Officer my duties includes: Preparation and mixing of chemicals before & during production {i.e. soda ash, potassium carbonate, compound phosphate, Guam Gum, CMC, Gardenia Yellow etc for noodles spaghettis production.} Moisture determination of raw dough of flour and noodle cake, FFA, Acid Value & peroxide value of oil. Extraction of fat with soxtec techniques, ash content, protein and gluten content of flour were also determined. Water Analysis, TDS, PH, Hardness, colour comparator/photometer of raw water &treated water. Responsible for checking of the quality of raw materials purchased for production and hygiene procedures and policies which include appropriate material packaging and storage methods for finished products.
